Order Cancellation & Return Eligibility
You may request a cancellation or return under the following conditions:

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

You must contact us within 1–2 days of receiving the product.

A valid reason and photo proof (in case of damage, wrong product, or defect) must be provided.

The product should be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used food products
Items past the return timeline
Products made to order, or perishable in nature.

Sale items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, we will process your refund within
14 business days using the original method of payment. You will not be charged any refund fee.
If, for any reason, the refund process takes longer than 14 days, we will proactively notify you via
email or phone with an update and the reason for the delay.

Returning the Product

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable courier.
