Shipping Timeline

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time:
◦ Within Akola: 2–5 business days
◦ Rest of India: 4–10 business days
During festivals, high order volumes, or unforeseen conditions (like weather or courier delays),
shipping may take a bit longer. If there’s a major delay, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you realize you’ve made a
mistake, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 95520 91038 so we can try to update
it before dispatch.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be subject to a restocking/
reshipping fee as applicable. We will get in touch with you to resolve it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it,
please check with neighbors or your local courier. Unfortunately, Mordanic Era is not liable for lost
or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

Out of Stock Products

In case one or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we may wait for all items to
become available before dispatching your full order. If you’d prefer partial delivery, feel free to
contact us to arrange it.
